Course Description:

Media Training Center and Montana Film Festival, with support from the Roxy Theater in Missoula are excited to announce Rapid Training Courses in the Film and Media Trades that will enable Montanans to quickly gain the skills needed to join the state’s fast-growing Film and Media industry.

These Film and Media Rapid Training Courses will be offered for the first time in Montana, over the weekend of October 5-6th in Missoula Montana at the Roxy Theater.

The courses offered over the weekend are:

1. A focused Introduction to Production course with an emphasis on training to become a Production Assistant. This PA course will focus on film lingo, equipment names, paperwork, and walkie-talkie protocol. 
   1. This course will be covered over 2 days - from 9-4pm each day – both Saturday 10/5 and Sunday 10/6.
   2. Cost: $500
