Course Description: Media Training Center with support from Rocky Mountain Rigging is excited to announce an Introduction to Stagehands in-person course. Montana needs over 200 trained stage hands this year to support our growing music scene. This course is designed to equip learners with the foundational skills and practical knowledge needed to thrive as a stagehand. Available 1st week in June. Normally, $300 but $150 for the first 100 registers.

The courses offered over the weekend are:
- A focused Introduction to Stagehand course with an emphasis on training will focus on everything from safety protocols and crew communication to technical equipment handling and stage setup.
- This course will be a 5-hour intensive for one day from 12-5 pm on Sunday, June 16th at the Dennison Theater at the University of Montana in Missoula.
- Cost: $150 for the first `100 participants (normally $300)
- Graduates will get paid $21/hour for upcoming crew calls.
Upon completion, students earn a digital badge and are granted access to an exclusive online database of Montana stagehands, simplifying the path to employment.
